I nosefluted in the Subway. It wasn't that I needed money, I just wanted to share the experience with everyone. There's nothing quite like a nosefluting jam session to start the bond.

I hung out with the locals. These guys were great. I still email regularly with Mario (second from left). New Yorkers are nice people!

I also spent time with tourists, like this group of teens from Spain. Since I had the local scoop, I could show them all the cool hangouts. They really liked The Gap!

This drum dude was always on Broadway near Time Square. After a couple nights, I got up the nerve to ask if I could perform interpretive dance to his music. He seemed to like my interpretation of his art.
