An open letter to cingular wireless
to whom ever it concerns,
Why is it there is no extras for people who have stayed with your company. My husband and I have been faithfully with cingular for 4 yrs. But all the perks go to new contracts. oh sure we get the minute discount on upgrades but dont you think there should be GREAT discounts on phones for your long standing customers too? We have considered changing companies just to recieve the deals that are offerd out there on new contracts
